Plymouth has many miles of gravel roads.  Before the "Road Advisory Committee" was formed, Plymouth created a "Gravel Road Standards Committee" to study and recommend a plan to manage them.  Read  This Gravel Road Report they published in 2006.









This report was then incorporated into the town Bylaw.  Specifically Chapter 162.12  here is an excerpt from this bylaw.  It's interesting to note the difference in language from the Report above which states "2/3 of the residents living on the road or having direct access" to the actual bylaw which states "75% of Abutters".  There is a significant difference in this wording.
